We made some notes and recommendations on traveling to the venue here.(kruegerwedding.com/travel)
Once there, both the ceremony and reception locations are outside. The paths to both are paved and so is the floor of the reception area so it should be smooth for wheelchairs. The bathrooms are inside the building, but it is all one level and also wheelchair accessible. We also have a venue map here.(https://www.kruegerwedding.com/venue-map)
Late June on the lakeshore of West Michigan offers beautiful summer weather, with warm temperatures averaging in the mid-70s to low 80s°F. Expect sunny skies and a gentle lake breeze, perfect for an outdoor celebration. It's a great time to enjoy the beauty of the lake, though it's always a good idea to bring a light jacket for the cooler evening breeze.
We have a great list of options in the Travel tab!(www.kruegerwedding.com/places-to-stay) Pick the one that works best for you. Please note that Spring Lake and Grand Haven are big tourist areas and the wedding will be taking place during the busy season, so we suggest booking your overnight accommodations as soon as possible.
Grand Rapids International Airport (GRR) is the closest airport. From there, you will need to take a taxi, Lyft/Uber, or rent a car to reach the venue and hotels which are just under an hour away.

We're going to play this by ear! The lakeshore usually has a vibrant night life in the summer, but we may end up being tired after the festivities of the big day. If we choose to go out on the town after, there will be an announcement with details before the end of the reception.
